This account is just a dummy account to be used for our multiple staff members. The party was an idea started by Glen-Rhodes, Unibot, Kringalia and a few others who contributed feedback to the original OP. Thanks!

Thanks, glad to be here. I hope this grows into something awesome!

I'm just going to throw this out there, but I don't appreciate several candidates for office announcing this "party" after elections have already opened. It's beyond inappropriate.

The party doesn't even have a real platform or formal leadership. Some members may not even stay in the party after we actually organize it. So I'm not sure what's so inappropriate about announcing it today, just because elections are occurring.

Judging from the OP, it definitely looks like the party has a platform....

Com'on GR. Joining a new "political organization" that seeks to influence the government after people have already voted for you is the height of shady.

You could've done this days ago, when people had the opportunity to ask questions. But you all waited until now to do it.

Those are a bunch of vague principles that almost everybody believes in already Tounge A platform has specific political policy positions. That's part of what's supposed to be discussed on the 27th.

Something has to be in the OP to describe the party or else how is a meeting to discuss its policies supposed to happen? :s

I have my campaign platform, and I assume that's what people have voted on. This party isn't even off the ground yet.

There was no conspiracy to wait until midway through elections to post this thread. It was posted today because the IRC channel started discussing political parties in TSP. Before that, the idea had been peddled around like a month or two ago, and died away.
