Dear Right Honourable,

On behalf of His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Faddchinor, I write to you this letter to apply for the establishment of a Techanerean diplomatic mission in Besern as per your invitation and in reciprocal to your application for the embassy in Digor Abiesun, as well as to extend our hand to the Government of the Federal Republic of Besern to consolidate the diplomatic relations between our two countries.

We appoint Zadiehly Rady as Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Besern alongside a 20-member team to assist him in his work representing the United Federated Empire at the future diplomatic missions in Brient, Treisag, and Zersbach as requested in our application.

Attached below is the application for the establishment of the embassy.

We hope that with the consolidation of both of our diplomatic missions in our respective countries, our ties will become stronger than before. We also hope that this precedent will honour the start of our relations, and our forefathers Afrencho Baerserni Ternochka and Hidchno Diekny.

The application form by Techganet has been accepted partially, with all other chancery requests rejected with the exclusion of the Brient chancery. This is due to the lack of staff listed for the other chanceries and missions. Their spot will be reserved on the list of missions.
