Hey y'all! Just wanted to give an update, since I've been MIA for a while...
A few weeks ago, my grandfather ended up in the hospital. After a week of bed rest and 6 or 8 tests finding only what we already knew (Parkinson's), they were preparing to send him home. As the nurse helped him out of bed, he told her he couldn't move his legs - a side affect of the Parkinson's and bed rest. So he stayed in the hospital a few more days while my dad and his brothers tried arguing with insurance and the hospital about sending him to a rehab facility. Finally, a place opened and he was transferred, and again sentenced to bed rest until Monday, when he'd begin rehab. During this time, my grandmother has been a mess, since she's a worrier to begin with, let alone without my grandfather. On top of this, I've been working 6-10 hours of overtime a week... It's been a tough few weeks for my family, and, while my grandfather is getting better, it's still a long road to "normal" again. I will be returning to RL for now, but I will return to my beloved TSP as soon as evening mellows out. Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk

Well, I just ended up reading this thread in one go from the last time I wrote here... It's surprising how a year and a half goes away, and even though I caught up with some a few months ago, I didn't do so with everyone.
Kris, congrats for graduating, and have a great career! And I did some praying for those who asked... So far, I missed some chances to fly/move abroad during these years. However, recently finished all my subjects; now, only about 300 hours of internship and a thesis/business plan await before graduating. I've been busy with school and work, although I would work even harder if another opportunity arises as I graduate.  Finally for today, I wish y'all a wonderful 2018!
