What's going on in your life?

I will not answer the first question, but I will the second.

It varies on your morals. If you pride a more youthful society, save the 20 year. I would save the 20.

I mean, the hydrogen in the SPIT may help.

Now as it turns out, there seems to be what's known as a medical triage. It's an assessment to determine the priority of those that could be saved, if the younger is has a higher probability of living than the older, then we are going to save the younger first, and vice versa.

For the first one, I wanna say something like "Yea we can't do that" and we do not inform her parents because her parents are not present in the examination. But we are going to report the matter to the authorities or the ministries. That's what I got from reading medical codes

Understandable. For the first one I'd be like we don't do that here. Not tell her parents but go right to authorities. For religious reasons I will not sign up to do any abortion type things.

For the second one I would try to save both. Age is of no matter.

If you can, sure... That would be my answer as well, but which one would you prioritize? Now that's what we call triage, the assessment to determine the priority of those who needs it. If the 60 year old has more severe wounds and is likely not to survive, we need to help the 20 year old who still got a chance to live. Of course, if we're done with the 20 year old, we need to immediately direct our attention to the 60 year old.

It's just something that we need to face, if you wanna be a doctor.

*Sigh*
When you've been to the beach and you find sand in the weirdest places...

It was a terrible day, so windy it was whipping us with sand and the air was also filled with it. Luckily I didn't go to swim...

Congrats, Hammer! Best wishes on your career! Happywide

Also, those are very neat conclusions regarding the report to authorities, and prioritising the most "saveable" of the ages... they are not solutions easy to apply, thus you ought to be prepared for such situations by the the time you become a doctor.
