When the Cabinet appoints as new Vice Delegate.
Former Delegate of the South Pacific
Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator.

The Cabinet voted today on a new Vice Delegate. We just haven't announced it yet because not all Cabinet members have had a chance to vote, even if we already have a majority.

Interesting factoid: the United States of America's only unelected President in USA history held office during America's Bicentennial! talk about irony! we were celebrating our 200th year of democracy, yet the President (while still legitimately holding office) was never actually elected by the people to the office of President! (he was appointed by congress as per the 25th Amendment)
