Ay! Respect yer elders!
Well you were in the region for the World Fair!
Collection of what I've received via TG:
My Foundation, in a turmoil of war
I was founded in April 25th, 2013, in the beautiful tropical land that is the South Pacific.
But, at my eyes, it wasn't so beautiful at all.
It was civil war. Although in the virtual world you can't kill anyone, I'd like to think of banning in this war as killing. And hell, when I looked at that list, it was as long as hell.
I aligned with the Commies, as I was a newbie back then. I thought of Milograd as a hero of TSP, establishing justice for minnows from a cruel, oligarchic regime that existed before.
Although I vigorously supported him, I didn't have the ability to have a WA, as I didn't know how to create an e-mail for myself.
Then I met a great fellow: Lint Roller. How much I miss that guy. He offered his WA to me as a symbolic gesture for me to support Milograd. We became friends, even when I switched sides.
While at my time supporting Milograd, I even TGed Torchwood, a guy who isn't active here anymore, to "give it up". He was campaigning for the Coalition, so, I did it.
I was called legendary by a fellow "comrade" back then.
It all changed, however, when I saw three things.
Stalin, a suspicious NS Forum post, and the Ban List.
My change
When I saw that banlist, oh boy was I outraged. I questioned my support, and questioned it in the RMB. Fellow "comrades" back then told me that they were a cancer of the old regime, and that they needed to be eliminated.
I stood by that, as I was still a loyal supporter. I still had my doubts. But then, Stalin came.
Although I didn't know anything about Stalin, communism, or really anything about that in that time, I searched a nation in NS named Stalin. He appeared to be a bad guy, and he was when I figured about the real deal later in my life. That made me question more.
Then, even though I don't remember it much, and I think it wasn't incriminating at all, I don't know, a post in the NS Forums made me suspicious.
I questioned myself. Is this how Milograd really is? Banciding TSP natives, like Stalin, who seemed like a bad guy, and wanting to take over TSP for his own good?(I thought that NS forum post said that)
I did what I was supposed to do.
Next, I TGed Hileville, and I turned.
So really, I turned for two dumb reasons and one that was actually legitimate. But at a 12-year old's NS rookie eyes, anything can be incriminating. Wrong things can lead you to the right way in a child's eyes.
And I don't regret my choice.
The Victory
After much fighting, the Coalition won. When I received that joyful news, of course I was overjoyed with well...joy. Happiness.
We had achieved the restoration of the Coalition. And, on one side, I was surprised, on another, I expected this.
Milograd was already falling. His influence was low and Brutland and Norden(a.k.a. Kyle) was closing the gap between his endorsements and Milograd's. If Milograd really had the support of the people, I assure you he would've had a higher influence, and he would've bancided B&N and the Coalition. But thanks to his banciding of TSP, he was powerless to defend against the rising Coalition. Or maybe it was that foreign armies helped in the re-taking of TSP. Either way, he was going down, sooner or later.
I couldn't wait for a victory when I saw the endorsements. My excitement was tremendous, and I was itching to get the Coalition back, even if I never lived in it.
Because of the coup, I hate NS Communists like the PRL(People's Republic of Lazarus) or SPSR(South Pacific Socialist Republic). I don't hate those UCRs like The Communist Bloc since they're, in my mind, another type of NS Communist, less extreme in their devotion, and they founded the region to be Communist.
3 years ago, we stopped a dictatorship. 3 years later, we stopped another coup. 3 years into the future, if there is one, we will stop one again.
The Coalition. Was. Is. Will be. Forever.

2003-ish
The name "Assembly of the South Pacific" goes back as far as 2003(Evidence: http://s2.zetaboards.com/theSPacific/forum/3387/25/ )(I was surprised by this discovery. Our region is ever-lasting on anything, it seems)
The oldest Minister of Foreign Affairs(that can be recorded) was Trahey(Evidence: http://s2.zetaboards.com/theSPacific/topic/946200/1/ )
The Iraq War, in some shape or form, was actually discussed in TSP(although it was just Saddam's capture)(Evidence: http://s2.zetaboards.com/theSPacific/topic/946121/1/ )
There used to be some kind of RMB Police: the Board Watchers. Im not sure if this is clear-cut evidence of their work, but the general idea is that they were a RMB Police Force thingy(Evidence: http://s2.zetaboards.com/theSPacific/sin...7&t=951341 )(Even more evidence: http://s2.zetaboards.com/theSPacific/topic/945846/1/ , http://s2.zetaboards.com/theSPacific/sea...&type=post )
The first ever recorded mention of a Lampshade(that I could find) was in October 11, 2004(Evidence: http://s2.zetaboards.com/theSPacific/sea...&type=post )
May 2011-ish
Devonitians was known as Sedge(Evidence: http://s2.zetaboards.com/theSPacific/topic/953244/ )
TSP, I assume, had some kind of war with TWP(The West Pacific), maybe involving the coup? They also tried to condemn Southern Bellz(SB)(Evidence: http://s2.zetaboards.com/theSPacific/topic/953244/ )(Same thread as above) If you could get Tsu or someone else to talk about the war, it would be appreciated.
There used to be some kind of joint in TSP: Fudge's Coffee House. While not related to the coup, activity died in the same year, and this fact is interesting, as it reminds me of LB&G(Evidence: http://s2.zetaboards.com/theSPacific/topic/946548/113/ )
The Rejected Realms stayed neutral during the coup, and actually suspended diplomatic relations with us for neither Sedge's or SB's government being "legitimate" for "not having the support of TSP natives". Remind me to not help them when they have a coup and try to get in power again if Im Delegate or MoFA(Evidence: http://s2.zetaboards.com/theSPacific/topic/953142/ )
April 2013-ish
There was an actual trial in the SPSR(Evidence: http://w11.zetaboards.com/TheSouthPacifi...795/1/#new )(You can't see it though, so, quotety-quotety!)
Quote:"Charges have been brought against Citizen Alf Landon by fellow Citizen Hoxhaland in the name of the People of the South Pacific Socialist Republic.
The accused is charged with one count of failure to endorse the Chairman of the PRC (§III, Art. 23), one charge of failure to respect the authority of the people embodied by the PRC (§III, Art. 24), and one charge of counterrevolutionary activity (§III, Art. 25.d).
The penalty of these violations - should the accused be found guilty - is exile from the South Pacific.
All parties should take note that the legal system of the SPSR is that of Civil Law, therefore these proceedings will follow an inquisitorial system of justice, not an adversarial one.
The accused may begin to present his arguments."
-Erusea, Commissar of Truth(maybe some kind of Justice?)
How can I see it? Well, when I was very young(a.k.a. I was literally founded in the coup), I thought that those were TSP's forums, so I signed up. But quickly after some time thereafter I realized that was the SPSR's forum, so I abandoned the account. I never even posted anything to my knowledge. It seems to be all run down, and one bot(?) even used it to post ads for maybe illegal Indian sites.
Finally, its useful for something.
*Coughs from all the dust that he blew out*
More than 2,000 people were banned from TSP. The ban toll may be bigger, but we are now sure that it was more than 2,000(Evidence: http://w11.zetaboards.com/TheSouthPacifi...8754158/1/ )
Milograd was a legitimate Delegate not once, but twice(Evidence: http://w11.zetaboards.com/The_South_Paci...c/8519513/ , http://tsparchives.dylanist.com/showthre...t=Milograd , http://tsparchives.dylanist.com/showthre...t=Milograd )
Milograd was also known as Carta(Evidence: http://tsparchives.dylanist.com/showthre...t=Milograd )

I don't have anything on the 1001 Fudgetopian Nights, as I don't understand it well. Furthermore, I wasn't in or even heard of the World Fair at the time, so I don't understand it either.

Oh Ryccia you are a darling!
Very good, we're getting a start on the trivia. Have you checked out the old SPN articles? They should be a gold mine too, and we'll probably have to incorporate some of those for the retro SJ article.
Umm SPN was just founded. Do you mean SPINN?
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.
