I would like to have the Dominion of Conquista in the same timezone as Corazon and SIRH.

Also, I want to change the following names of my plots: Dominion of Conquista will became Conquista, and SIRH will be renamed to Origen.

Please can you change the capital of Erinor & Sereva from Ciria to Akhorn?

Following discussion on Discord, it has been decided to change the claiming rules.

- Having separate NationStates nations (so-called puppets) is no longer required for a second and a third claim. It's sufficient with only one NationStates nation for three plots.

- There's now an activity requirement. For a plot claim to be added, you have to sign in with your forum account at least once within then days before the map is updated. The activity claim doesn't apply to already added claims.

These rules will come into effect immediately.
