Somebody could be coordinating with the culture ministries of other regions, and there could also be somebody making dispatches to make sure the game-side population is informed about events happening.
How do you plan to encourage activity besides just giving people work? Anyone can say "you need to do X, they need to do Y", but how will you make sure that 1) people want to do the work, and 2) they will actually complete the work you assign?

Before actually assigning the work, I'd look for volunteers first, and if someone wants to actually do the work, I will let them. For actually completing the work, I'll give them a deadline (ex: Okay, I want you to format X dispatch, and I need you to do it within X timeframe), and if that deadline passes, I'll ask if they still want to do the work. If they respond yes, I'll give them a small extended timeframe and then begin DMing them daily or bi-daily until either they say they don't want to do it anymore or they simply don't do anything else. At that point I'll try to get the work they've done from them and give it to someone else to finish. If they say they no longer want to do it when the original timeframe is up, I'll get the work they've done from them and give it to someone else. Worst-case scenario, we have to re-do the work.

Hope that answered your question Smile

Your platform is simple and to the point, which I like. It demonstrates a clear understanding of what is required of the position and some very basic strategies to get things done. However, it's a bit lacking in detail. Your answers to Hya's questions helped a little with this, but what are some events you might look to plan?

How do you approach collaborative work or tasks? In my experience, a lot of NS event planning (especially larger, interregional events as you suggest) is both rewarding and stressful because it involves collaborative work with others who you may not know well or who may flake. How do you manage both the task itself and yourself in a situation like that?

So, from reading your campaign, I'm not sure if RP planning counts the very vibrant RP community in TSP.

What is your view of TSP RP and how will you incorporate into your term as MoC?

I haven't really had all that much experience with the TSPRP community, however, I do know some people in it and the one thing I really know is that there's not much activity in the TSPRP discord server (lol)

I will definitely try to get more involved with the RP community and bring MoC events to them.

I feel like the list of events I have provided before would cover at least the first month of my term, if not more. For later events in the term, I would look to the options provided by ministry staff at the time and citizens of TSP which would like to see more events.

I will admit, collaborative work isn't my strong suit, however, if the people I am working with are willing to get the event and the work required finished in time, I can work fine with others, even those who I do not know well. If somebody flakes, then I could either choose someone else to finish the work that the other had completed or in the case of interregional events with no clear replacement for the person who had flaked, work on a intra-regional equivalent with the work that had already been done.

One of TEP's delegate candidates spoke of potentially holding a second Pacific-Con. What are your thoughts on bringing back such an event in the upcoming term?

Personally I've never had any experience with Pacific-Con but I'd be happy to collaborate with fellow feeders to bring large events like it back.

As a candidate in the MoC election, will you commit to abstaining in the MoC election?

I will, I do not support falsifying the viewing of the voter's opinions through the votes by voting for myself or other candidates.

Just out of curiosity, what exactly do you mean by "falsifying"?

I have to disagree and say activity is very much dependent on what storylines are currently being told and RPed. My question was meant to be more directed at how you will continue to facilitate RPing rather than the activity on one particular platform or the other. How might you encourage new RPers to get involved?
