That was incredibly low-res, that was Tubular Hollow Font, similar to the font used in the Doctor Who 1980-1986 credits.

The people, Industry, and Government of Kalukmangala have always had a large interest in Space. This organization seems like the perfect place for Kalukmagala to further enrich itself, and The South Pacific, with knowledge of the great beyond. A portion of our nation's industry is involved in the manufacturing of Space related materials, while nearly half of Kalukmangala's Defense budget is spent on Space training, exploration, and research. It is one of a very few issues that laws are passed frequently, and without resistance. On behalf of Kalukmangala, it would be a privilege to be a member of this organization.

The Karnetvorian Space Agency is interested in joining this new organization. Exploring space has always been one of our main interests, and we believe that cooperation between nations is necessary to achieve that objective.
