Members of the South Pacific:
There are a couple of important events that are going to take place in the Pacific Republic of Qvait:
On these dates President Elect Gabriel David West will be sworn into office (1 April) and will give the State of the Union Address to a joint session of the 4th Qvaitican Congress featuring the Senate and House of Representatives, his Cabinet and Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Chief and Associate Justices of the Supreme Court, and delegations from foreign nations (3 April). The following nations are invited to send a delegation to observe the inauguration and address:
(OOC: Please do not reply in this thread until after the Inauguration Day article is released in The Qvaitican Cascade.) You may post instead.
Ryccia will send King Jose I of Ryccia, Prime Minister Dave Isvou, Minister of Foreign Affairs Alice Gevaborgani, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Matthew Ghalibaf and 3 Royal Guards. Thank you for your attention.

Sporaltryus requests an invitation by Qvait, in order to attempt to amend relations.
Sporaltryus is welcome to attend the Inauguration and State of the Union Address.
Sporaltryus thanks the Pacific Republic of Qvait, and will send our newest and brightest diplomats along with the Eksterafera Ministro. The Prezidanto will not attend due to certain reasons that are undisclosable. We hope that Qvait understands.

Sedunn will send a delegation consisting of HM Elective King Vimmru II, Minister of Foreign Affairs Opalen Hiverann, and the Ambassador Moru P. Jann. Unfortunately HM Elective King, will have to leave on 2 April. The rest of the delegation will attend activities according to the invitation.
Bonaugure shall send the Dr. Vincent Ferrer, President of the National Council, and Dr. Erika Tachibana, Minister of Foreign Affairs; accompanied by their personal bailiffs (Swish).
