Full support for this measure. We need the funds to rebuild medical facilities, especially in Skotino Steno and other areas of conflict.

We cannot cover our own costs at the moment, and neither can you. The national budget only goes so far, and we need to divert far too much in replacing the tanks that were lost in the civil war, in case Ryccia gets trigger-happy.

Sporaltryus is right in the sense of not involving with the infrastructure nor home affairs of each Member.

This program, working as a basis, would be already included in the Healthcare and International Aid budgets; so it wouldn't mean any further investment. It would however be more of a common fund to ensure a standard in the means of health to be fulfilled. Such as vaccinations and emergencies.

That would be more of a Post-war Restoration Fund/Loan. However, it could help your citizens prevent health issues due the war.

Yes, that is my point. Most of the hospitals in Skotino Steno were destroyed or looted for their medical supplies.
