Actually, no. If you see, 086 is ABOVE 079, and Aquica is an island. Is there an error?

Ah, I see. I misread that as #096. Still, #086 is not available for secondary claims.

I wonder who Costa Estre and Sedunn belong to (as in are they colonies or original nations).

I might think of a colony around 31 or 32, or maybe 87 since I like the archipelago chains.

Not all plots are available for colonial claiming. B&N has made the following open for claiming: 006, 007, 017, 027, 091, 096, 101, 109, 183, and 200. Not all of them are free.
