A cholera outbreak in the city of Ikireijin has infected 4300 people. President Kensei renewed his calls for a cease fire in order to evacuate and treat the infected victims.
In order to combat the Cholera outbreak in the midst of continued shelling, the Ikireijin council has enlisted able body civilians to act as "water bearers" bringing bottled water to affected areas, and transporting the sick to designated ships that will act as makeshift hospitals. Over 15,000 people are affected while the shelling of the city continues.
Ryccia's government has introduced a measure for $1 million in military aid and $12 million for the cholera outbreak on Ikirejin for the Frost Empire to Parliament. The measure is being debated.

Guerilla warfare against the Erinoran military continues in Ramica, whilst the government debates the possibility of strategic ship-to-shore artillery. The measure to send military and health aid to Ikirejin has passed Parliament 552 v. 448. It will now go to the Senate.

A motion to make the Esfalsan Constitution, currently only viewable by citizens, visible to the international public is on the floor of the Legislature.
President Kensei released a statement saying that he would not accept foreign military aid in a domestic conflict. The President has stated that he would welcome medical and general aid instead to alleviate the military's dual role as an evacuation unit and fighting force.
Sedunn has so far been hesitant to offer medical aid in fear of retaliation for the impounded RDP warships. The Sedunnic parliament is currently in session and will announce its decision shortly.
