The Sedunnic foreign minister has reiterated that the leaders of the Frost Empire, the RDC, the WPR, and the RIM are welcome to Grovne for renewed peace talks. A recent edict was discussed in the People's Council which concerns the highway between Lián to Shuanghe. Which essentially connects the Central region to the Mikotoba Tunnel to Valkyria, and the Ghour Pass to the Eastern region.
The edict specifies on alleviating the speed limit on the highway and assuming more money instead on driver safety. This in turn abolishes the 130 km/h speed limit and disbanding tollbooths on the highway, placing them instead before entry into the highway. Experts are currently assessing the feasibility of this edict

The Office of the Speaker of the Supreme Electorate has announced that there will be a vote early tomorrow morning on the approval of the "New Era Water Based Acceptable Seafaring Enterprise (NEW BASE) bill" that will allocate billions of dollars to new ports. Governor Alexandros Stone, Martha Gates, Andria Swern, Simon Wall, Joel Porter, and Joseph Lein we all arraigned this morning on charges in connection with the assassination of President Detwiler. Mrs Gates and Mrs Swern were both charged with Obstruction of Justice. Mr Wall and Mr Porter were charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder, Mr Lein was charged with Murder in the First Degree, and Governor Stone was charged with both Conspiracy to Commit Murder and Murder in the First Degree. All totaling, 15 charges were brought against the six people. The judge announced that there will be only one trial for all the accused, and it will start Wednesday at 9am.

The South Pacific Treaty Organisation (SPTO) has announced a series of naval exercises in Sedunnic territorial waters and the economic zone that will start on Friday. In total 32 ships, 22,000 men and 120 aircraft will be involved.
