Dr Stella Blanc has begun to make additional security arrangements at the Izaakian embassy in Besern following reports of border incursions. She made the announcement at the same time as committing izaakia to assist Besern in any way the government of Besern would deem fit.

The Parliamentary Enquiry into the events surrounding La Montagne has come to the following conclusions.
i. Mr Ernest Le Rogue should be tried on the following charges. Fraud, Misuse of Public Funds, Civil Disobedience and Treason.
ii. Mr Le Rogues actions in La Montagne are not illegal under izaakian law, or are considered outside of the jurisdiction of izaakia at the time.
iii. Empress Astrid acted within her constitutional rights at the time, and with the new rules limiting her power new checks of power should be imposed on the government.
iv. There is is no evidence of any illegality on the part of Prime Minister Valkyrie Mountbatten.

Brödmark Begins it’s first major infrastructure project since Izaakian control. i-bunker will be a secure underground relay station for a new high speed fibre optic network that will connect the nations of the empire. Laying of fibre optics from La Montagne and Izaakia is expected to begin within the next few weeks. i-bunker will be carbon neutral and also the data hub for the CosmosNet when the system starts up next year. The site is near Port Deception, which the Izaakian government expects to be the next silicon coast, bringing highly skilled jobs to the area.
As a part of the same announcement Prime minister Valkyrie Mountbatten also announced a $K10Billion fund for the foundation of a technology university in port deception. The university is to be called Deception Imperial Technology College.

Empress Astrid begins an imperial tour, starting in La Montagne she will visit the historical sites of her families history, and break ground at the Cape Montacia space centre.
She will then proceed to Brödmark to visit port deception and olicana before vacation in Brödmarks famous Hedonistika Isles,

Izaakian Parliament has announced a blanket ban on religious schools and universities across the empire in a move that it is believed to be aimed reducing the influence of Christian institutions in La Montagne and Brödmark. The news has gone down particularly badly in La Montagne where catholic schools have traditionally played a large role. The Archbishop of Port Astride the highest catholic office in La Montagne has accused the prime minister of “heresy and inciting religious conflict”.
In Brödmark the Protestant Austral church has largely accepted the change, but has warned against “losing compassion and tolerance in this new era”.
