Izaakian President Dr Stella Blanc has made her first official public appearance since visiting troops at Christmas, where her vehicle hit a land mine and she sustained broken ribs, a broken arm and broke her shoulder in 3 places. Looking rejuvenated, she visited newly built military facilities in Brodlancia and made the announcement that Brodlancian and Montacian defences have been fully modernised to mainland Izaakian standards and that the old territories are now a near impenetrable fortress nation.

Earlier today, Astronauts on Emerald Station reported a mysterious flash in southern south pacific ocean.
This flash lines up with previous nuclear tests of other nations. This also may line up with the fact that many decomissioned vessels have gone missing. The Government refuses to speak at this time.
In what Sedunnic media call "a day of condemnation", Sedunnic Minister of Foreign Affairs Gjieramm has condemned President Richard Dinkel for killing the 30 protesters and "[nations] that irresponsibly pop nuclear weapons in international waters like they were balloons in an amusement park game".
Izaakian Space Minister Anastasia Glacé confirms alleged reports of a nuclear explosion in the South Pacific Ocean, she said that the Special Intelligence Services had identified that this test was occurring in advance and the event was closely monitored to assess the capabilities of the device. She announced that the Foreign Office will be making contact with the Government of Emerald and Denver to express Izaakias discontent, and that an assessment of the environmental and fisheries impact will be carried out.

The Union Government has said earlier today that Emerald-Denver did not detonate a nuclear weapon.
However, Spiras, a long time enemy of the Union, has defended their new ally saying that the old decommissioned ships were scrapped. This Statement however, has proved to been a lie, as all scrapyards report no ships ever turned up. The Ministry of Defense has remained quiet at this time.
Techanerean defense secretary Jrai Motai has clarified with reporters that Techganet had not conducted any nuclear missile tests, and is currently working with international partners to investigate the sudden flash in the southern South Pacifican sea.
President Blanc arrives in Ricubai in Esfalsa to complete peace talks with the new Government of Nicholas and Great Britain.

For the the first time ever, a Transsunerian army unit has been sent abroad for military exercises. Arriving in Sedunn by plane, the one hundred troops will practise artillery observation, close air support and signalling together with Sedunnic troops.
Reconstruction of the Palace of Nicholas and Great Britain (NGB's parliament building) has begun after parts of it got destroyed by an Izaakian plane on the 5th of November 2021.
