On executive action |
Well, how long do we let this go on? I mean -- can we really wait until the next court is sat?

Yeah, I have been thinking about it more this morning, and I do agree with Feirmont. We need someone who can respond to the situation in Lazarus, however I don't think this is justification to be rushing Wolf into this position, which goes against previous decisions made. I'm changing my vote to Nay.
Unfortunately Tsu, this is an issue with the timing of elections which can't really be helped. We won't be getting a response to these legal questions until we get the new Justices in place, and I can only guess how quickly they will respond (expect at least a week, probably longer).
We do have the contingency in place from the Executive Action and although it is not popular, I think we should stick to it.
Tsu, I understand where you're coming from. I'm a tad frustrated at the courts, with not much that we can do about the lack of actual rulings coming out.
Plus now there's a bigger stink in the courtroom that's started. As much as I don't want this to drag on any longer than anyone else, I still really think we should stick to our guns on this.
I mean we do ... but, again, this is getting silly. The court has just left some things to sit. I approached Far about this and he doesn't even know if/when it'll be gotten to.
Theoretically speaking, if the same thing happens during the high court election, we're royally fucked. Edit: This isn't a frustration with you guys. Just a frustration over all.

By my rough count, there are currently 4 votes between 4th and 5th place (excluding private votes) with polls closing "today" (tomorrow for me). I highly doubt we will have the same situation with the Justice elections.
Since the courts made a ruling. I change my vote to nay
Yep. Looks like we're good to go. Crisis averted ... after 10 days
