The Professor was glad her assistant couldn't hear her inside the air-tight helmet. She panted heavily from the sprint.

"Let me help you take that mask off."

The Professor exposed her throat, both as a response accepting the offer, and to make it easier for her assistant to access the handles that would release the helmet from the protective suit.
