If the Ryccian Empire was stable too, it would disprove the Committee's argument that only a monocultural state, like the Treecuu, would be able to survive and maintain interstellar peace. Perhaps the attendance of the Committee members Minister Ivict and Imperial Advisor Veen wasn't such a bad thing after all?
