There has been a seconded motion to bring an amendment to the Regional Communications Act to vote. The debate thread can be found here.

This is an amendment to general legislation, according to the Legislative Procedure Act requiring a majority greater than 50% to pass. The voting period will be 3 days, thus concluding on 1643302800.

(3) The World Factbook Entry must visibly contain:
a. a link to the off-site forums and Discord server of the Coalition,
b. a request for nations to endorse the lawful Delegate,
c. a request for nations to endorse the Council on Regional SecurityCoral Guard and a link to a Dispatch containing the current membership of the Council on Regional SecurityCoral Guard,
d. a link to information about the endorsement cap.

Final Result Amendment to the Regional Communications Act - Replacing CRS with CG
Ayes: 42 87.5% | 97.7% (discounting abstentions)	Nays: 1 2.1% | 2.3% (discounting abstentions)
There were 5 Abstentions (10.4%); 36 legislators were absent. Thus, attendance for this vote was 57.1%.
In light of these results, the proposal passes, having achieved the required majority (>50%).
