Thank you Qwert for keeping up these great works.
I'd like to update the status of my nations regarding drugs laws: Bruuma allows the use of certain substances for recreational purposes (yellow) while Puerto Pollo allows the use of most (red).

In accordance with the Julian Act, development and proliferation of nuclear and chemical weapons is legal. I will not confirm if the government is actually doing it, however.

I can't add an additional category to the chemical weapons map, so Kringalia is now grey there. I added the information to the figure text.

Alliance map updated to include the South Pacific Treaty Organization. I am not sure about the Western Alliance, but it seems not all of its nations have signed yet.
