The VPRB has 11.6 million people while Puerto Pollo 300,000 people, but I don't think I will use these figures for RP purposes, at least now, since they would be completely dwarfed by most of the other nations involved.

I certainly hope nobody uses their in game nation population as their RP population. Those numbers are far too unrealistic for our RPs.
