Lazarus and The NPO
#21

That would not be a reasonable course of action. Our objective should be to work with our allies and fellow regions to return the PRL back to power. Declaring war on the NLO would be a PR gesture that in the end would not bring us any closer to the real objective.

I wouldn't support declaring war on the NPO. Of all regions, we have practically no military and it would only serve to start a shitstorm with the rest of the pro NPO regions.

#23

Then how do we bring the PRL back in power? Surely cancelling embassies with The Pacific won't work, won't it?

We must band with our fellow GCR's and restore order and justice to Lazarus if the coup is for real. I don't see any alternative to bring the PRL back in power than to declare war. Im sure that a coup like this won't budge.

Wait, isn't the NPO against the coup?

I don't believe this is true. I can't find any evidence that it is.

NPO stands for New Pacific Order which Feux is a part of. They are the ones claiming Lazarus as their own.

Oh, I got confused. I thought it was the NPA. I got confused.

And who are the pro-NPO regions?

Our point is that declaring war on the NLO is a gesture, but the mere declaration is not really necessary. It will be more useful to have the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and the Army coordinate with our allies. There is very little the Assembly can do about it, but our Cabinet can certainly discuss the situation with other regions and help in the efforts to support the PRL. Our best bet would be to have the Cabinet do just that.

Not sure. I can't seem to find any treaties or other Diplomatic Documents on their forum. All I can say is look at the embassies and do some guesswork.

Just to inject, the Cabinet has been monitoring the situation v. closely. I'll refrain from saying anything more at the present time, however.
