Prohibited Group Discussion: The Empire
#51

I was being tongue-in-cheek.

I will hold off on this vote for a bit, want to see opinions on if the process used for the NPO situation is the way to go first. Not 100% sure either one meets the requirements to be designated a prohibited group, as they have not been declared hostile by the CSS or Cabinet.

I agree with Aramanchovia that protocol hasn't been followed - the cabinet or the CSS must declare The Empire / NPO Senate 'hostile' first; only then can the RA pursue a vote on whether to make them a prohibited group. Ultimately, I support both motions, but I know there will be court challenges and appeals to it and I'd hate to see the decisions voided because the proper channels of process were not followed.

The CSS are discussing the issue and we will let the assembly know the results of the discussion as soon as we can.

We appreciate the patience of the assembly.

Just want to point out that voting ending yesterday, and this (unofficially, until Aram comments I guess) passed with 64% support.
