Both camps have been asked to leave. Counter-demonstrators have obeyed and are starting to leave, but anti-Karnetvorian protesters have refused to do so. Police have warned that if they are not gone in a week, they would "face action". The police, however, have proposed that the sidewalk be the protest site, not the streets, as it disturbs traffic.

The Karnetvorian government has sent planes to evacuate any Karnetvorian citizen who wishes to leave the Siculites, citing security concerns due to the ongoing protests. Dozens of Karnetvorian tourists and residents have already chosen to evacuate.
