President Columbo Septimum has announced today that the government renounces the former position of the nation to reserve the rights to own nuclear weapons following the debate started in the World Forum. This decisions was extended biological and chemical weapons as well. Anserisa stands resolute in being a friendly and peaceful nation. However, the nation will remain neutral on the topic of nuclear weapons, believing that the treaty needs to be discussed by nations which have or had nuclear weapons.

Izaakia today called for the WF to impose sanctions on the government of Valora, stating violations of the rules of war, diplomacy and human rights. Prime minister Valkyrie Mountbatten stated “This sets a dangerous precedent in international diplomatic relations, and the rules of war, an act that can only lead to greater instability in Pacifica and hinder any peace process in the future, this behaviour must be punished, and the Valoran government made an example of, before these practices become more common”
