Reports show that the Izaakian missile killed 1 person. The person killed was Lewis Raymore, the driver. His family is currently grieving. Fortunately there was no one else near enough to be seriously injured or killed.
A new episode of the satirical news and sketch comedy show The Sitrep portrays Izaakian troops crashing a party celebrating one year of Esfalsan World Forum membership and its first WF resolution.

Four of Izaakias six expeditionary carrier fleets are now in the Karnetvorian Channel preparing to start a full blockade. The Manta Fleet will oversee the security of shipping operations in the west of the Karnetvorian channel, whilst the White Tip Fleet will Block access to N&GB from the south, with the Mako Fleet blocking the north. The Thresher fleet will patrol between the two areas.
Meanwhile the Blacktip and Hammerhead Fleets will remain in defensive posts in Izaakia and the Montacian and Brodlancian territories to guard against potential actions from the Frost Empire.

A newspaper cartoon named "Schwimmen mit Haiie" of Zerter, the Haoene-Zersbach and Youth Olympiad mascot swimming in shark-infested waters by cartoonist Rupert Schaafer has been circulating around the Besernian internet relating to recent events. The Haoene-Zersbach government has not asked the newspaper in question, "Bulletin Haoene-Zersbach", or any social networking site online to take down the cartoon.

The Navy has said that the construction of a second Armarda class battleship, the NNS Vanguard, is nearly complete. The only other Armarda class ship is the NNS Armarda, the flagship.
Frost armed trading convoys operating in the Karnetvorian channel were given new instructions informing them that Izaakian flagged ships are considered hostile. The instructions also orders the vessels to treat the Izaakian ships as heavily armed pirates to be avoided unless they force convoys to defend themselves in combat.

After a passionate speech by foreign minister Strunk, the Gianlucian parliament decided to initiate the process to vote out the current WF speaker. This is one of the measures, the Gianlucian and Frost government agreed to at their meeting on 2 November. A resolution shall be brought forward in the next few days.
