The Ryccian-backed claimant to the Valoran throne, King Leonidas, has issued a proclamation, giving his sister, the pretender Queen Sophia until the end of the ceasefire for her to capitulate with a total amnesty attached. The other option, the proclamation says, is execution for treason. Both the constitutionalists and Leonidas's Ryccian allies have decried this proclamation as a "serious provocation" that could undermine the ceasefire.
