On the Vice Delegate |
I'd also echo the comments of support for our Vice-Delegate.
While I do not feel Penguin's current activity levels are acceptable, I do not wish to press the issue if she and her supervisor (being the Delegate of the region) feel that staying in office is the best course of action for now.

However given my current circumstances, I'm doing the best I can. The only one who is aware of my situation is Tsu as he is the only one it concerns. Just because I don't post where you can see doesn't mean that I'm not here. I'm not saying I've been the best VD this term. Far from it. I know I'm lacking in the public realm, but I aware of what is happening here. Look Penguin the point is you never post here or on the RMB and for the VD who is meant to help spark up activity both here and on the RMB it's unacceptable. You may have RL issues going on and if you feel you need to take time off then that's what you need to do. However one of the most important things about being is a leader is knowing when to stand down. Do you not think there are people who could give up more time and do more for the region than you can at this period of time. The choice is yours however don't think just about yourself think about TSP can you really do the best you can for the region at this moment? And remember in the last MtG poll someone said they would not vote for Tsu if you were with him do you not think that support will build up? I thank you for all you have do for the region and the choice is yours and it's yours only to make. Europeian Ambassador to The South Pacific

I know that Penguin said she was having RL issues. While that is completely understandable, I think at this point we need to acknowledge the fact that she simply does not have the time to keep an adequate presence in the region. Yes, I remember she mentioned keeping in touch with the Delegate, but part of her duties include:

I'd like to give the Delegate and the Assembly a chance to comment on this, but my preference would be towards asking Penguin to step down, if possible.

Id also like to hear from the delegate about Pens status and how much she is actually communicating with Tsu.

I'm going to withhold saying too much at the time being.
But two quick things: Everyone should know that Pen is well aware of her time constraints. Second, I just reached out to her and asked her to pop in on this thread again. I'll post with more when I hear from her.
