Who are these lyccians?

A minority ethnic group whose homeland is the modern-day Lyccian Autonomous Division, in Southern Ryccia(or what I call The Deep South). They are found mainly in the Lyccian Autonomous Division, Trodge Island in Kyrini(now a SAP), the Lyccian Republic(in the Federation of Kys), Kyrini proper(as refugees or descendants of colonizers), Valivory(a small community), and all throughout Ryccia proper.
