I have received explicit instructions from President Walsh that Kringalia will not negotiate on the expulsion of Qvait. It is our policy stance that Qvait committed a serious violation of international law, namely of Clause 2 of the Charter of the Southern Cooperation Organisation. It is also our policy stance that Qvait demonstrated a serious lack of judgement and became an aggressor, in contravention of the very tenets of this Organisation. This leads us to the conclusion that Qvait has no place in this Organisation and must be shown that actions have consequences, particularly if they are aggressive plans targeted at one of our closest allies.

It is important to the national security of Darkstrait, Qvait, and Ryccia that the document below does not fall into the wrong hands. Treat these documents with needed caution. If need be, these documents may be shared with the intelligence apparatuses and the Joint Chiefs of Staff of both militaries.

Operation Affirmed
In the event that Sporaltryus declares war on Ryccia.

If the Ryccian government becomes aggressive against any nation before a military conflict begins, Operation Affirmed will be scrapped and Qvait will have no choice but to cut its ties with Ryccia On 11 May, 2015, Darkstrait and Qvait agreed to a non-aggression pact to protect against the event that Sporaltryus attempted to oust Darkstrait from the Southern Socialist Union. Long before Operation Affirmed is executed, both Darkstrait and Ryccia need to come to terms with each other. At the time of the execution of this operation, neither Darkstrait nor Ryccia can be at war against each other. During the course of this operation, Darkstrait must remain neutral in the conflict. In the time before Operation Affirmed is executed, the Qvaitican government urges Darkstrait and Ryccia to be prepared for an armed conflict.

Politically speaking, it is important that Ryccia is not first to declare war on any nation. In order for this operation to be executed, it is crucial that Sporaltryus decalres war first and is seen as the aggressor.

Operation Affirmed is essentially a regime change in Sporaltryus by Qvait. Once the regime change is successful, Sporaltryus will have at lost most of its power in the South Pacific, and Darkstrait will takeover the Southern Socialist Union, which will ensure that the Southern Socialist Union is no longer a political threat to the Qvaitican Republic. After theregime change, remnants of the Sporaltryan military may retaliate against Darkstrait. So, any Sporaltryan naval vessel or aircraft sailing or flying towards Darkstrait will be sunk or shot down and a Qvaitican naval fleet stationed at the nearby island of Winston Island will protect the waters of Darkstrait. Afterword, any Sporaltryan insurrection shall be put down and a pro-Qvait government will be set up in Sporaltryus.

Phases of the operation:
— Phase I — Immigration shutdown and mobilization of the Qvaitican Defense Forces
— Phase II — Declarations of war
— Phase III — Sporaltryan invasion of Ryccia
— Phase IV — Qvaitican drone strike and invasion of Sporaltryus
— Phase V — Regime change in Sporaltryus
— Phase VI — Sporaltryan expulsion from the Southern Cooperation Organisation and the Southern Socialist Union

After Phase VI is complete, Operation Affirmed would therefore be a success and would be terminated.

Objectives of the operation:

1. All immigration from and to Sporaltryus are to be blocked in Qvait.
   
2. The Qvaitican Defense Forces will essentially be split into two: one to invade Sporaltryus and the other to defend Qvait.
   
3. The Ryccian government declares war on Sporaltryus in response to Sporaltryus declaring war on Ryccia.
   
4. Ryccian civilians are to be evacuated inland to prevent massive civilian casualties.
   
5. The Ryccian military is to fight the Sporaltryan military on/near Ryccian waters and/or on Ryccian land and is to not attempt to take the battle to Sporaltryus.
   
6. The Intelligence Service of Defense and Security carries out an air strike on the federal legislative building of Sporaltryus.
   
7. The Qvaitican Defense Forces will launch a full-scale invasion of Sporaltryus.
   
8. Sporaltryan government officials are to be either killed or apprehended.
   
9. Implement a new pro-Qvait puppet government under Qvaitican supporter Avery Wilson.
   
10. Put down any insurrection in the Sporaltryan military that opposes the new government.
    
11. See to it that Darkstrait takes control of the Southern Socialist Union.
    
12. The expulsion of Sporaltryus from the Southern Cooperation Organisation and the Southern Socialist Union.

Jose I verified it, and then he contacted Karen Cline and the head of the RIA, pretending to be Edward I. They all got on board and then, Jose I deleted the e-mail. Edward I was very busy cooking a 3-hour long dish, so Jose I had time to reply back and forth. The conversation then ended, with Edward I suspecting nothing.
