I wouldn't call it compliance. I mean, nothing requires people to use their nation names as their username. Otherwise, I would be violating that rules, along with many others.

When people register on the forums, they can fill in their nation in TSP. Maybe we can bold that part and those who fill it out are automatically masked?

If by "automatic," you mean the software takes care of it, there's no way for the forums to automatically apply a masking based on profile input. There is a single base mask for registered users.
