What about how this case has been mishandled? You completely circumvented the system and then worked backwards through the system.
1. Farengeto brought this case, not me.
2. You recused yourself, did you not? 3. Most importantly, at the end of the day, you made a mistake. There is no defending the mistake that was made. All of this could have been avoided by admitting the court made a mistake and forgot to have a non-presiding Justice. But you guys freaked out and refused to admit any wrongdoing, so now we're in a legitimate constitutional crisis. You can argue all you want about who made the info public and whether that was right or wrong. But you made a mistake and Apad made a mistake. And both of you were more concerned about saving face and picking fights in an unrelated issue, that you've wound up creating a big scandal.

Quite frankly I'm appalled at the behaviour of our chief Justice here, not only have they failed to maintain order in this discussion, but they have escalated the chaos.
The ethics of my anonymous sources information has no impact on this case, the evidence still exists and we have no laws regarding "illegal evidence" regardless. Their identities are irrelevant to this case, and as stated previously I will not reveal them. Any alleged political motivations do not change the validity of the case, nor do I as the sole filer of this case do I possess any other than emsuring the integrity of our legal system. Please remember what this complaint is about and do not try and twist my case with irrelevant subjects. Unless you are disputing or confirming Apad's prior bias in this case please do not post further and if our Chief Justice will not enforce order then I demand that someone else do it. This is a court, not an unmoderated assembly thread
I must also reiterate my demand that Hopolis recuse themselves in this case.
