Never. From the day I drafted the set of Rules and Procedures, I have made it exceptionally clear that the Court shall never be subject to undue foreign influence.
This will not happen under my watch. I will defend to my death the ideals that were set forth in those Rules if I have to.

We still do not have a full court. Please wait until elections(I think, Henn will assure you as Chief Justice).

Im not recusing, however.
I should remind you that a full court means the three presiding Justices.
But seeing as Apad is no longer a citizen or resident I suppose my case is no longer applicable.
