Members of the SCO,
Following the passing of his honourable Lord Ferdinand Pendragon II, we have come to you today to discuss you of a certain matter. In accordance to the will of Ferdinand Pendragon II, he asks of the completion of the Ministry of Culture's agenda before Christmas. One of which is creating an educational fund in The South Pacific. As the acting Lord of Culture, I have proposed a system, in which we seek 50 bright students in The South Pacific every year, and bestow upon them a full scholarship from the Southern Cooperation Organisation. But of course, there will be a list of universities that would partake in this initiative, and it would be best that the government of member nations shall be the one to decide which universities are qualified to join this education fund. Attached below are the list of universities partaking in such initiative. Member nations and observers are allowed to present a number of their universities. Currently there are five Knightisian universities that agreed for collaboration, and are willing to accept students through this initiative. We ask for the opinions of observers and member states. This initiative is in the SCO spirit. In Sedunn, all higher education is free for every citizen. Sedunn also pays for students' exchange years (maximum 6 semesters), if already admitted to a university or similar. International students holding a valid visa are granted the same privileges in Sedunn, until at least 2030. A decision to extend this policy or not will be debated next year. However, accommodation and living is not funded, scholarships would probably help more students abroad.
I would like to propose the number of students to be raised to at least 1000 in total. All Sedunnic universities would be open for this initiative. Tunne Revvalu Representative to the SCO Kingdom of Sedunn
Ryccia holds free education until 12th grade. In university, fees need to be paid. And it depends in where public community college or university you study. However, we do grant scholarships to smart students. We have recently re-started our scholarship program due to recovery. But with the recent investment in education, political analysts say that around 1-3 months, all education will be free.

Kringalia believes the promotion of educational opportunities is vital to the continued progress of the South Pacific. We will support this initiative and suggest the name Pendragon Scholarship, which should be managed by an institution subsidiary to the Organisation.
