Yes.

As for who should win, I say that Karnetvor wins. Reasons:
  • Ryccia and its colonies are located very far from the colony, so bringing reinforcements and supplies is complicated at best, and would take weeks for them to arrive. Besides, they would have to pass over neutral countries (some of them possibly hostile, like communist Qvait) in case they come from the mainland, or near Karnetvorian-controlled territory (the only way to get to the colony is passing through the Kringalian Strait, which is effectively controlled by Karnetvor and its allies, and the ships/airplanes transporting the supplies would have to get near the Karnetvorian colonies of Aschenburg and Tasternine, or the one to the west of Awesomiasa) in case they come from the colonies.
  • The consequent lack of supplies would leave the Ryccian forces very ill-equipped and also under-manned, because of the lack of reinforcements.
  • Karnetvor can easily bring supplies and reinforcements across the border.
In conclusion, due to the Ryccians being outgunned and outnumbered by the Karnetvorians (who also have combat experience, having captured the colony and all), Ryccia would lose. Badly.

Of course, it would take a while, considering the initial numbers; maybe 1-2 months.

Well, yes. But my point still stands, however; any Ryccian ship or aircraft eventually would have to pass near/over Karnetvorian or Noctenosian controlled waters or airspace, where it can be easily detected and intercepted.

Well, do keep in mind that this would be the first real conflict in which radar is used, so it's not nearly as easy as noticing a blip and deploying interceptors.

I still have patrol ships, recon planes, and submarines. Besides, it would take a very long time for any ship to get to the colony. The odds are still against you.
