Well now that I had the two seconds the deadline for submissions was extended 7 days.

Given the interest there is in the Prime Minister debate and the Regional Officers development, I'm proposing an indefinite extension, which will last until somebody motions for the end of proposal submissions and that motion receives two seconds.
