I mean, look at the money-mad investors that drove the US into both the Great Depression and the more recent 2008 recession. But on the other hand, look at Stalin and Mao. But find a middle ground between the endless competition of capitalism and the brutally country-oriented communist autocracies, and you have democratic socialism, an excellent compromise that balances the high points of both extremes.

It can have capitalist or Socialist tendencies... Or be right in the middle, which is rare.
What would I change? I would change human beings from the dominant species to non-existent. I think it would be best for all organisms involved.
