Papa Unclepear, the dictator of the nation, claimed that the new test was a response to sanctions being levied against Bruuma. Chancellor Margaret Harrison, who had grandfathered in the Qvaitican embargo into Valkyrian law in August 2016, has condemned the missile test. Harrison has called upon other nations to end all forms of trade with Bruuma and has ordered Julia Burns, the Secretary of Defense, to continue missile defense testing. The Chancellor is reportedly considering sharing missile defense technology with neighboring nations of Bruuma.
