With the Proscription Act passing soon, I have a bunch that I'd recommend. I've already talked briefly to Tim in #cabinet-office; here's what we have:

Ever-Wandering Souls:
  • See here
  • Is the reason why TWP and TEP have proscribed TBH
  • Has tried to force TSP more invader in 2016
  • Has outright stated that TSP is an enemy
  • There is very sensitive intel suggesting Souls has conspired to subvert and overthrow the Coalition

Funkadelia:
  • Pattern of gaining citizenship in regions to promote factional politics, including in 2016 when he gained Legislator status to promote defender politics
  • Pattern of voter importation in at least Lazarus dating back to at least 2016
  • Couped and griefed Lazarus

Lamb Stone:
  • Co-conspirator of Funkadelia's various efforts starting in 2016
  • Couped and griefed Lazarus

Evil Wolf:
  • Pattern of GCR subversion dating back a decade
  • Couped and griefed Lazarus

McMannia; HYDRA and its successor organization The Ragerian Imperium
  • Has attempted to displace the legitimate Delegate of TSP
  • There is very sensitive Intel suggesting they have had a plant within TSP to steal internal logs
