The only difference between this and what we have now is the 3rd bullet (National info and Embassies) is a sub to the Canon roleplay, and there are a few other subs to the canon rp. Structurally, its the same.
And Id be quite content to leave it that way. Its not broken, and I dont see any way to improve it, unless we stack both canon and non-canon RPs under a unified sub-forum, but thats making things harder to find/burying them.

I have a suggestion for an updated structure for the RP stuff. What you think?
The proposed changes include new subforum names, slight rearranging of national facts, and new subforums in Knowhere. Threads to be pinned are indicated with italic text. The welcoming guide should be updated.
Treasure Island- Handbook (Rules, guides and OOC discussion)
- Main Canon (Main canon RP, move currently pinned Rules of Bantam Harbour to Handbook)
- Diplomacy (Diplomatic RP)
- Embassies (Embassies)
- World Forum (WF RP)
- Media (News, media, Flash News (and Stream?))
- Facts (Facts including national maps and language threads from Tortuga)
- World Maps (Regional map, the expanded map, and related facts like Farengeto’s calculations, political geography maps and a possible future composition of the solar system. No national maps here.)
- Extra-Canon (all non-main canon RP)
- Sci-Fi (Sci-fi RP, Sector Map A1-0)
- (Fantasy (possible future addition for Fantasy RP, possible map))

Id be ok with it, if theres someone willing to comb thru ALL the threads and have them moved where they will belong (if it means moving threads, which I assume it will). I do like having named subforums, though, rather than generic descriptive names...

Most of the threads that would need to be moved are in Knowhere, and there isn't a too terribly amount of them. It would otherwise be only a few here and there. I'd be willing to do that.
A thing we haven't considered before regarding threads: would it be worth the effort to archive old threads by people who haven't been active for say two years or more?
