THE CITY OF ERSTAFALLON HAS BURNED DOWN
The entire city of Erstafallon, the capital of a former tribe kingdom during the
collapse of the Zenh dynasty, and one of two key cities in the current state of
Norrdfhrient Erstafallon has burnt to ashes. Several people have been injured,
some with minor, some with major, some even fatal. The iconic jewel of the city,
the Santes-Gurbung cathedral, and monument have both been destroyed, with 
debris scattering over the shophouses around them. The mayor of Erstafallon has
been reported dead at the scene. 54 year-old Basence Gundeswurg, mayor of
Erstafallon and Minister-President of Norrdfhrient Erstafallon was trapped in his
office at the city hall, from there he was burned alive. All surviving residents of
Erstafallon are now misplaced throughout Besern, with Noordfhrient Erstafallon,
Westfalle Esteren and Hayern suffering with the mass migrant influx. The Ministry
of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Health researched the fire and the fire started
due to a flaming SPIT® bottle. This is 2 weeks after the Ministry of Health required
all stores nationwide to stop sale of Midandian and Volaworandian SPIT® products,
as they were tested to be made of flammable materials. So far, wave after wave, the
many brave men who fought the fire in the city died, but they managed to put out the fire.
Only 304 firefighters survived. Besern is now under major crisis.

"And yet another crisis emerging overseas. We are seeing live footage of the ruins in the city of Erstafallon, Besern. The entire city has been burnt down, which included famous historical monuments and important government buildings. Early estimated suggested the amount of deaths to be from 1,000 to 3,000 people..."

PRESIDENT BLYTHE: Oh, just another one. Please tell the Press Secretary to finish drafting a response speech for me by tonight. I'll call Secretary Rasmussen ^[1] and tell him to send a letter to the Besernians that we stand by them and are ready to offer help and can send people for preliminary assessments. We'll discuss this in detail tomorrow in the Cabinet meeting.

Updates on the fire, it has reignited, and is now threatening Noordfhrient, one of two core cities in the state and for some reason ridiculously close to the burned down city. Reported by Guntes Fradenburger, of the news show 'Taggerschau' on the Dar Erst channel on BBS.

Tragedy strikes as the first building officially registered inside the city of Noordfhrient catches fire from the incoming flames. The chancellor orders the cabinet to allow any foreign aid to enter Besern regardless if permission is asked or not, and publicizing it, then he becomes busy writing a report to the Federal Diet. The state government of Norrdfhrient Erstafallon may collapse anytime soon.

We accept your offer, but however, a slight warning
that the smoke CAN be deadly. It contains carbon
monoxide from the flaming SPIT bottles, some fires
even hide underground. We appreciate it if you help
us throughout the state of Norrdfhrient Erstafallon.
It's state legislature and government are on the brink
of collapse and when it happens, we need your help
to restore order to the state.

The Peocracy issues an order to aid the fire in the Federal Republic, two fire-fighting bombers are sent immediately to Besern, alongside a plane filled with fire fighters. A station of military officers are also sent to Besern, alongside a couple of equipment to complete makeshift camps for those displaced.

The operation is led by Rei "Apple" Cho, head of the Eastern Fire Fighting Department of the Eastern continent. She will work alongside the PRiM2 Tanxing division head, doctor Aminah Teh, which shall erect a makeshift clinic in the disaster.

"We will be setting up our camp near the Besern makeshift camp, and hopefully we could gain access to a structure where a hospital would be erected. I must count on you to perform the necessary emergency medical care when you send the victims to us?"

"Of course, senior. The Eastern Governor has also supplied us with several paramedics on the field, as well as masks."

"Which reminds me, we would need to create the makeshift camp in a way that would purify the air within. Have you transported what I requested?"

"Yes senior."

Doctor Aminah Teh looked at the Besern sky, chalked up with gray smoke.

"This will be interesting."

A block away is Heissen Daub, Ikke Muster and Frank Lars, fighting the fire which has now spread to northern districts of Noordfhrient.

''Woah, shut up.'' Ikke shouted.

''Excuse me?'' Daub confronted Ikke.

''What?'' Ikke asked.

''The fire's coming!'' Frank yelled.

A nearby Besernian firetruck blows up from the incoming fire.

''God damn it.'' Frank said in despair.

Frank dies from the blast.

With all resources exhausted by the Norrdfhrient Erstafallon state government, it collapses. The state, and it's cities are absolute anarchy now.

"Yes, doctor." Answered the Jade Rabbits, leaving doctor Teh to monitor the situation around the airport. The black smoke caked the entire area and soot are all over the ground. It would not be an easy task, but nothing was, not when she is around.


"Unload the supplies and set up main camp," ordered Doctor Teh to one of her commanders, "our main orders are to place ourselves in close vicinity of the province, Vayern would be the focal point of our aid, and close enough with the border to communicate with the federal republic."

"Doctor, we have received a report that the state government are in tatters." Responded a soldier, "the central government is going to work on this as we speak."

"I see, make sure that our camp is safe." Responded Doctor Teh. "The main priority is our own security. Have contact with the federal fire brigade, and a brief of their current and future plans on mitigating this disaster. You are both excused"

"Yes doctor." Answered the Commander.

"The fire fighting planes will be here after they are given clearance by the fire brigade." Said Rei.

"It would be best if we could have a scout to assess the situation before talking with the Federal fire brigade, I'm sure you're prepared for a little fieldtrip, junior." Responded Doctor Teh.

Meanwhile, the first units from Westfalle Esteren and Hayern have arrived, while out of nowhere, there's a person named Brauen Dende coming towards the Peonic aid.

''Uh, I don't understand Chinese so lemme' just call up my colleague, Hello?'' Brauen speaks before getting knocked down by debris. Brauen then dies at the age of 65.

Wei Reizi Abruont, or Reizi for short, rushes to the scene. Aged 54, he is raised from an ethnically Chinese family, and knows how to speak Besernian, Chinese and English.
