Voting Period

The Forumside Voting Period will open at 02:00 on the 10th of January and will close at 02:00 on the 13th of January.

[Please be advised that all stated times are in Universal Coordinated Time (UTC)]

Eligible Voters

In order to cast a valid ballot, you need to:

1. Be a Legislator as of 02:00 on the 3rd of January; and
2. Not have lost Legislator status in the time since then.

Anyone admitted with Legislator status during the Nomination and Campaign Period are not eligible to vote in the Forumside round.

How to Vote

Voting will be conducted using Approval Voting wherein the two candidates with the highest number of approvals will move to the second round of voting conducted via a poll of Native World Assembly members. Should the voting result in a tie, more than two candidates may move onto the second round of voting.

There are two ways to cast your ballot:

Public Ballot — Copy the code provided below and paste it in a new post in this thread. Please be sure to remove any candidates you do not wish to move forward before posting.

Private Ballot — Send a Private Message to the Vote Collector forum account. In this message, copy the code provided below and paste it in the message box. Please be sure to remove any candidates you do not wish to move forward before sending the message.

Candidates (listed in alphabetical order)

Beepee (Campaign)
Concrete Slab (Campaign)
islands_of_unity (Campaign)
Somyrion (Campaign)

Alternatively, there is an option to Re-Open Nomination (RON), which you can list instead of any candidates on your ballot.

Should a winning candidate's name appear on less than half of the total non-abstaining ballots (either by not being included on a ballot or by a vote to Re-open Nominations) the election for that slot will start over at the beginning, with a new round of nominations.
