I take issue with Articles 2.4, 2.6 and 3.1, as it imposes unnecessary creative restrictions on future MoRAs and their staff.

If this law existed three years ago half the stuff it seeks to make permanent wouldn't exist, as we would have written previous standards into law. The status quo is to allow things to naturally evolve and change over time, rather than to freeze everything in place in 2020. Minister of Media, Subversion and Sandwich Making
