I'm basing this on the pinned post by Glen, where the blue Curacao seems to replace the triple sec?

This is correct, and this is also the version that Nakari, W&S, Birdkeeper, and I had.

Doesn't this fall into the category of over-legislation?

I was wondering when Belschaft would say that. Tounge

I mean ... I don't think this is wrong, but I think it's harmless over-legislation.

I take issue with Articles 2.4, 2.6 and 3.1, as it imposes unnecessary creative restrictions on future MoRAs and their staff.

I've never been a fan of legislating things that can be dealt with via common sense. I agree that any harm it causes would be minimal, but that doesn't produce an argument for changing the status quo.

I don't think it's changing the status quo as much as it is about writing it down.

It seems that we're all so bored, that we're arguing over the ingredients of a fictional drink...  :p

If this law existed three years ago half the stuff it seeks to make permanent wouldn't exist, as we would have written previous standards into law. The status quo is to allow things to naturally evolve and change over time, rather than to freeze everything in place in 2020.
