Given that I've been brought mostly up to speed on this thanks to legislators-lounge, I'm glad to see this finally, after ~4 years of my being on and off active in TSP, coming to a vote.

I am not still agreeing on Somy's proposal, so I feel everyone's proposal should be votes as an option or we move every proposal turn by turn which would take long time, so I feel we need to make a vote having all proposals. And we need a decision before October elections or things get delayed like always.

Motioning them all to vote would be tedious as we would have to sort them out into competing bills. They can't all be motioned at once, and even so, since Somy's was the first, his proposal would be voted on first and the rest would have to be edited since the changes described in the other proposals would have already been done.

Since none of the other drafts have received much support, the draft Somy motioned has been brought to vote here.

Since MoRA isn't involved in RP anyway, I think the "supporting the roleplay community" part should be cut.
