[PASSED] A2011.03 Amendment to the Regional Officers Act (Reducing Ambiguity)

Legislators,

There has been a seconded motion to bring an amendment to the Regional Officers Act to vote. The debate thread can be found here.

As this is an amendment to a general law, it requires a simple majority (greater than 50%) to pass. The voting period will last 3 days, ending on November 24 at 20:30 UTC. (20:30 in London, 15:30 in New York, 7:30 on the 25th in Sydney)

Please vote by poll if possible. If you cannot vote by poll, post 'Aye', 'Nay' or 'Abstain' in this thread. Please do not vote both by poll and by post. Comments and discussion belong in the debate thread and should be posted there.

2. Regional Officers

(2) The Prime Minister will be granted all non-Border Control powers.

(3) The remaining Cabinet ministers will be allotted between one and four up to three Regional Officer positions and granted Appearance, Communications, and Polls powers. They will decide which Cabinet ministers among them will be granted Embassies power.
