[PASSED] A2012.02 Amendment to the Elections Act (Restricting EC Eligibility)

Legislators,

There has been a seconded motion to bring an amendment to the Elections Act to vote. The debate thread can be found here.

As this is an amendment to a constitutional law, it requires a three-fifths supermajority to pass. The voting period will last 5 days, ending on December 7 at 16:00 UTC. (16:00 in London, 11:00 in New York, 3:00 on the 8th in Sydney)
