[PASSED] A2012.03 Clarifying Days Proclaimed by the Delegate or Cabinet

Legislators,

There has been a seconded motion to bring an amendment to the Cultural Act to vote. The debate thread can be found here.

As this is an amendment to a general law, it requires a simple majority to pass. The voting period will last 3 days, ending on December 13 at 19:00 UTC. (19:00 in London, 14:00 in New York, 6:00 on the 14th in Sydney)

Please vote by poll if possible. If you cannot vote by poll, post 'Aye', 'Nay' or 'Abstain' in this thread. Please do not vote both by poll and by post. Comments and discussion belong in the debate thread and should be posted there.

(2) Further holidays may be added by the Delegate, the Cabinet, or the Assembly.

(2) The Delegate and Cabinet may respectively proclaim days for observance without approval from the Assembly, but such days are not official holidays.
