This resolution is entirely dependent on whether or not Lazarus can go toe-to-toe with Osiris. As such, I find that the first statement of the resolution can backfire on us. While the second statement stands either way.

I do like that draft however I still think we should offer help. At least offering and if they do accept help then we could have another debate if we send help but that I mean send troops in the help keep the Delegate in power.

At least offer help to be polite. As I said I like the last draft.

We will not offer help to Lazarus. Funkadelia knows how to reach me and he knows he can request assistance at any moment. We will then review his request as appropriate.

If this were any other region, chances are you would be right Punch, but staying neutral is much harder than choosing Defender or Raider and such. Most people don't like neutrality as they cannot manipulate it. That's partly what makes TSP so great.
