I like this draft better. I think we could eliminate the "especiallywhen this war..." part. Idont think its neccesary wording.

I think the new draft is great. I think the past few weeks have been the best collaboration I've seen in the region

My only concern is antagonizing an ally in a statement where we intend to take a neutral stance. I would really prefer not to "condemn" Lazarus.

I don't think it can be denied that Lazarus has been highly antagonistic towards Osiris, and vice-versa. The war is incredibly stupid, but Lazarus did take great joy in provoking Osiris. I think our resolution needs to reflect that.

If we turn a blind eye to this type of behavior what's that going to say? Better to put it this way instead of straight up calling them out or ignoring it. I like it.

Lazarus is an ally. I just don't think strong language like that is very good optics. The change I made acknowledged that the war was caused in part by mutual antagonizing, but didn't go so far as to chastise an ally publicly.

@Penguin: That is straight up calling them out. I think we need to show respect for an ally during a time of war.
